Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified Administrator to join our winning customer service team. The Accounts Recievable Administrator’s primary responsibility is to provide an exceptional and successful customer experience while completing all components of administrative support to the Collision Repair Facility Team.    

Role and Requirements

• Investigating and collecting any outstanding payments

• Auditing files for rental and towing payments

• Auditing files for Insurance guideline compliance in the event of non-payment

• Uploading all files, finals, and necessary ancillary document to ensure payment

• Communication with individual store GM’s and Repair Planners for file accuracy support

• Reviewing and maintaining weekly, monthly, and quarterly AR reports and targets
