The Boyd Group is always excited to announce promotion opportunities to our amazing team members throughout the organization. In order to ensure consistency and a seamless process for all parties involved, we have outlined the steps candidates must follow to be considered for an internal promotion: You must let your current Supervisor know of your intentions to apply.
Upon receipt of the resume, a member of the Talent Team will contact your Manager to discuss overall work performance and suitability for the position you are applying to. The recruiter that is handling the internal posting will then schedule a phone interview with you to discuss the position and your qualifications further. After a successful phone interview, a face-to-face or google hangout interview will then take place at a time and place to be determined. Once all applicants have gone through the same process, you will be contacted and informed of the decision made.
The Talent Acquisition Team and your Manager want everyone interested in this opportunity to grow and develop from the process. If you are not selected for the position you apply for we want to use this process as an opportunity to highlight areas you can improve upon so when another opportunity becomes available you will be ready.
