Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Field Service Program Manager to lead complex service delivery projects, ensuring seamless execution from planning to completion. This role requires a dynamic leader with a strong background in field operations, project management, and customer engagement. You will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, optimizing processes, and driving operational excellence in service deployments.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Execution

  • Oversee end-to-end field service projects and break-fix, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.

  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and resource allocation for multiple field service engagements.

  • Implement best practices in risk management, quality assurance, and service optimization.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and customer service teams to align field service activities with business objectives.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, vendors, and field technicians.

  • Facilitate regular status updates and problem resolution to ensure smooth project execution.

Customer & Vendor Management

  • Partner with stakeholders to define service expectations, KPIs, and success metrics.

  • Negotiate and manage third-party vendors and service providers to ensure quality performance.

  • Provide post-project analysis and continuous improvement recommendations.

Operational Excellence & Process Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to streamline field service operations, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.

  • Leverage data analytics and performance tracking to enhance service quality.

  • Implement best-in-class field service management tools and methodologies.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience in field service project management, operations, or service delivery
  • Strong knowledge of field service management tools (e.g., IT ticketing system, Madaxo, Jira )
  • Expertise in budget management, scheduling, and resource planning
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams and vendor negotiations
  • PMP, Six Sigma, or ITIL certification is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Compensation Details:

$110,000 - $140,000 / Year

Compensation is commensurate with skill, education and experience. 

Supplemental Pay: 

This position may also be eligible for Bonus opportunities tied to individual or business initiatives.
