Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of change communication strategies that prepare employees for organizational and IT transformation.

  • Assist in enhancing, developing, and implementing communication plans for IT change initiatives.

  • Draft and edit communication tactics such as emails, presentations, and intranet articles, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with project objectives.

  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to gather insights and relevant information for communications.

  • Support the measurement of communication effectiveness.

  • Maintain accurate tracking and documentation of communication projects and tasks.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.

  • Motivated to learn and develop a foundational understanding of change management and communication principles.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Creative problem-solver with a proactive mindset.

  • Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

Compensation Details

Duration: One year 
Pay: $20-25/hour 
Hours: Up to 20 hours per week 
Location: Hybrid with in-person attendance 2x per week.
