Remote Services Technician - MAS

MAS technicians are the face of our company. This role comprises customer interaction via telephone and online chat, remote vehicle testing and diagnosis, results reporting, and invoice generation.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Perform remote vehicle diagnostics, provide information, advice, and technical solutions to customer via telephone and supported equipment

  • Document all customer interactions in management system

  • Work within groups of technicians and software development teams to improve products and services

  • Maximize first time resolution of customer queries

  • Provide training support and basic technical support to customers and employees as required

  • Other duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience Required

  • High School diploma or GED required

  • 1 to 3 years’ experience as an automobile technician required

  • Automotive Repair experience/education required

Required Skills/Abilities

  • Strong PC skills including proficiency in Microsoft or Google environments

  • Superior customer service skills required

  • Strong problem-solving capabilities required

  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with customers required

  • Ability to multi-task required

Other Requirements

  • Must be able to hear on a telephone and at times with others speaking

Compensation Details

$22-$30/hour
