Job Description:

• Auto Body Technicians

• Refinish Technicians

• Porter

• Parts Coordinator

• Customer Service Representative (CSR)

• Estimator

• General Manager

Responsibilities:

While specific duties will vary by position, all team members are expected to:

• Contribute to a safe and organized work environment.

• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve shop goals.

• Maintain a high standard of quality and attention to detail in all tasks.

• Communicate effectively with colleagues and, where applicable, with customers.

• Continuously seek to learn and improve skills.

• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Education and/or Experience Required:

• High school diploma/GED required.

• Prior experience in a shop or hands-on environment is preferred; however, we encourage individuals at all levels of experience to apply. We value a strong work ethic!

• Preferred: Some roles may have specific requirements such as a valid drivers license

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Must be able to perform physical tasks commonly associated with shop environments, which may include standing, walking, bending, lifting, and working with tools.

• Ability to work in various shop conditions, which may include exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures.

• Must possess clear vision for performing detailed work and operating equipment safely.
