  • Architect and enforce a structured reporting governance model, including catalog taxonomy, change control procedures, security roles, and versioning standards to ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance.
  • Conduct impact analyses for Workday upgrades and new feature releases; lead adoption planning and solution optimization in partnership with business owners.
  • Optimize the performance of complex financial reports through technical tuning, calculated field redesign, and system configuration adjustments.
  • Provide deep subject matter expertise on Workday Financial Data Sources, Worktags, Security Domains, and financial business processes.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, functional specifications, solution architectures, and end-user guidance for all deployed reporting and integration assets.
  • Act as a mentor and escalation point for Workday developers, analysts, and administrators to elevate reporting and integration practices enterprise-wide.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in Workday Report Development, with 5+ years in Workday Financials and at least 3 years developing with Workday Studio.
  • Proven ability to translate high-level financial and business requirements into architected solutions that optimize reporting delivery, user experience, and business performance.
  • Demonstrated mastery in developing and scaling Workday Studio integrations using XSLT, XML, and REST/SOAP APIs within enterprise-grade architectures.
  • Advanced functional understanding of key financial domains: General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Procurement, Projects, Fixed Assets, and Expenses.

Strong analytical and conceptual problem-solving skills with a focus on proactive issue resolution, continuous improvement, and performance optimization.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence senior decision-makers and present complex technical solutions in business terms.
